About ARDC
The Australian Research Data Commons (ARDC) provides Australian researchers with competitive advantage through data. We accelerate research and innovation by driving excellence in the creation, analysis and retention of high-quality data assets.
A key activity in our Skills program is the annual Skills Summit. The Skills Summit brings together the digital research skills community to share best-practice and guide strategy, providing a necessary forum for skills communities to network, exchange knowledge, build skills, share new initiatives, celebrate success and work together on common challenges.
This in turn, provides researchers with access to high quality skills training delivered by highly skilled trainers, which then translates to greater levels of knowledge transfer and the ability to apply new skills to their research practices to benefit research outcomes.
The ARDC is enabled by the National Collaborative Research Infrastructure Strategy (NCRIS).
